Our Tiny Home/Glamping Cabin is situated on 1.5 acres. It is off the beaten path and perfect for outdoors lovers needing privacy to unwind. It is located on a rural road at the South end of Big Sandy River. Great fishing and hunting is nearby. Quaint wildlife/bird watching. It isn't isolated or remote. It's just right. If you are looking for a quiet, intimate, and comfortable getaway, look no further.
Enjoy the scenic, winding, country roads leading you to your rustic retreat. You are on a very good road that farmers use to get to/from their farms. This is a newer construction home. that is surrounded by trees.
The Cabin is a custom-built 408 sq. ft. tiny home, built in 2017, set in a secluded, grassy 1.5-acre parcel. We are next to 55,000 acres of wilderness preserve and are located just 5 miles from Kentucky Lake.

The House:
Sleeps 2-4. Up to 5 with loft. Most suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults and a couple kids (per the loft)
As you walk up to the house, you will step up onto a quaint-covered front porch. It is equipped with all of your outdoor needs including a gas grill, firewood starter, plenty of seating options, including a porch swing. When you enter the home, you will come into the living room first that has a sofa and a 50 inch Roku Smart TV including Satellite TV. We also have a DVD player with DVDs available. A few board/card games are also available for those rainy days. There is a stocked kitchen with fridge, microwave, and stove. All the essentials to make a home-cooked meal. The loft can be accessed by the wooden ladder located in the living room. It has one Queen mattress and 1 Single mattress. Perfect for kids or anyone who doesn’t might a tighter space. The Main Floor bedroom has a cozy full-sized bed. The bathroom attached to it.
The Space:
There is lots of parking. Its 5 miles to a nice boat launch and 12 miles to AMAZING boat launch and bay that is great for beginning kayakers.
We offer a unique experience in that there are no other people on the property. Just you and your group.
We do allow tent camping on the property with limits and prior approval is needed.
